Aluminium Wheel Business Unit

Kawashima Group began recycling aluminium wheels in 1989.
In 1993, we established a wholly owned company, Material Co., Ltd, which has set up a nationwide collection route.
At present, we have built a “Wheel-to-Wheel” recycling system that uses scrap from aluminium wheels, and a “cyclical recycling system” that can handle the retail of used and new products throughout our group. These systems have given us the leading share in the collection of aluminium wheels in the Japanese market, and we are at present developing operations in China and other overseas markets.
